Our in-house engineers use AutoCAD for precision and quick flexible changes at the initial stages! With your final approval of the layout and your interior décor choices, your custom design is sent to production for fabrication.

Standard Features of Linden Houseboats

We manufacture your houseboat with 3mm Steel built pontoons. The front nose cones are double plated and reinforced for beaching. The pontoon hulls are built with airtight bulkheads every eight feet.

Boarding ramps are built with steel & Merbau - can be electrically controlled
